STANDARD RETURNS

I want you to love your purchase and be 100% satisfied with your experience! If you change your mind, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery.

Upon return, I will inspect the item and issue a refund (minus shipping fees*) assuming there is no damage to the product. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.  

*Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Item must be in original condition. Please do not return used, washed, worn, or otherwise damaged products. I appreciate your honesty with this!

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Because of their nature, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for custom orders.

 

FINAL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS

Clearance items are considered final sale and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

I carefully wrap and package your order to ensure you receive your purchase in its original condition! In the rare case that an item arrives damaged, please email hello@nadinestay.com immediately so that I can report a damage claim to the carrier. We will then discuss refund/replacement options with you.
