They both have martini tables! (Or drink tables as some call them.) Martini tables are essentially small round tables with a slim base. Generally, they’re 12” round or less. They’re intended use is for small seating areas that need a little table to hold a drink, but they’re so much more than that. Small spaces or not, martini tables are showing up in the most beautiful designer homes.

Oh you want examples of martini tables in said designer’s homes? Ok…take this extra skinny wood drink table in Anastasia’s living room. Or this candlestick martini table tucked next to the sofa in this cozy living room. Maybe a martini table is actually a small antique stool.

They often take a back seat to the more prominent design elements in the room, yet when you notice them, they’re the most charming addition to the space. They’re a subtle trend…the type of trend that you only notice when you’re *really* paying attention. Those are my favorite kind!
