I’ve already hit “Select All – Delete” on this entire post twice because honestly, I’m struggling to put my thoughts into words in a way that will accurately depict my true feelings and emotions.
Listen, business is hard. Like really hard. Especially when you’re trying to create something from the ground up and you’re doing it all on your own. It’s time consuming, it’s personal, there are countless learning curves, costly mistakes, and “strategic moves” that need to be made.
I’ve been doing Nadine Stay for 5 1/2 years and I’m ready for business owners (including myself) to be more open about the behind the scenes stuff. It’s fun (and easy) to share the wonderful moments – the victory dances. But I think it’s time that we be more vulnerable and open about the difficult days, the moments of doubt, the crippling fears, and the imposter syndrome that never seems to go away. For the sake of other small business owners who are also struggling and feel alone in a sea of “successful” businesses, I’m peeling back the curtain and sharing my unfiltered thoughts towards business. Give this episode a listen.
This post is really brave! I’m surprised there is no comment about it. What you feel is totally normal and you don’t sound depressed at all, just passionate about what you’re doing. Cheers from France
Thank you for your kind words Jeremy! 🙂
