I’m not normally a big spender but between our bedroom project and other room refreshes I have going on, June has felt like a birthday month with all sorts of pretty packages coming to my door. Some pieces I’m keeping a secret until I do a formal bedroom reveal, but I wanted to highlight a handful of pieces, decor, beauty accessories, bedding, etc that I’m absolutely loving!
Cozy Earth Sheet Set – Cozy Earth asked me to try their sheet set and I was more than happy to oblige given that I’m currently on the hunt for all new bedding. I’ve never owned a set of luxury sheets and luxuriously soft they are! Made of premium viscose from bamboo fabric and temperature regulating which I didn’t even realize was a possibility! Not to mention they’ve been named Oprah’s “Favorite Things” 2 years in a row so need I say more?
Ribbed Glass Sheer Jasmine Candle – I’ve been very into ribbed glass lately…ribbed drinkware, ribbed glass doors, and ribbed glass candles! I like candles that look like decor and this candle looks just as beautiful as it smells good. It also comes in a bunch of other pretty colors too and I’ve got my eye on Clary Sage when I reorder.
Stonewashed Blue Quilt – I happened to stumble upon the most beautiful stonewashed blue quilt with a diamond stitch pattern at Home Goods and I fell in love! It’ll be the perfect end of bed blanket with the right amount of “distressing.” I can’t find the exact one online anywhere but this is nearly identical with a little fringe on the end which I love!
Custom Frames from Splendus – I’ve been a big fan of Splendus for years now and I have a few prints from their art collection sprinkled throughout my home. They just launched custom frames with over 40 options to choose from! You pick the frame style, input the size, customize a mat, or skip a mat all together. The best part is you can see your selections and customizations in real time on their site! They sent me a few frames in celebration of the launch and obviously one or two will make their way to our bedroom project. Frames shown above: Gold Ornate | Distressed Black | Black & Gold Beaded
1.5” Curling Iron – I’ve been using my 1” curling wand for years, but 2 weeks ago I bought this 1 1/2” curling iron on a whim and I gotta say…I haven’t gone back. I’m loving the softer “day 3” waves it gives me right off the bat and it’s not a bad price either!
Dehl Black and Ivory Ceramic Jar – I like vases that look good both with and without florals. This vase is just that and anything with a handle automatically gets a higher ranking in my eyes.
Ribbed Cutout Swimsuit – I told you I like a ribbed detail! 🙂 This swimsuit feels comfy and casual and the shape is actually really flattering too. Bonus points for the high wasted bottoms!!
Red Aspen Glue On Nails – How many times can I share these nails before you start to get annoyed? Is one more time ok? I’ve been wearing Red Aspen Nails periodically since Christmas and this month I really put them to the test. I woodworked, caulked, painted my hand to the point that I couldn’t see skin, and planted flowers in my garden bed. THEY DO NOT FALL OFF and nothing sticks to them. Paint came off easily with water, caulk did the same, and dirt didn’t stain them. Kami Wears Khaki is my favorite color so far and I just added a white set to my cart.
Dried Florals – This was my first time purchasing dried florals and I gotta say…I don’t know what took me so long! They look real….cause they ARE real. I purchased mine locally but this is a very similar bundle from a reputable online floral shop. I also saw dried lavender stems and I might go back for more. Similar lavender stems here. (BTW: lavender is trending right now!)
Water Hyacinth Woven Tray – The thing about trays (especially oversized trays like this one) is that they are often the foundation of good design. They’re a place to corral all the pretty little things on a coffee table, an island, or even an outdoor picnic. It’s a decor staple and I’m loving the natural feel this woven tray has. Bonus points for being less than $25.
Ava Arched Mirror – I shared a glimpse of what this mirror looks like in our bedroom and instantly got DM’s asking for the link. It’s substantial in both size and weight and the distressing is perfectly imperfect. I’m not big on faux distressing unless it looks natural and the crackle looks natural!
