Every detail is just so gorgeous and I am a timber wall/ceiling disliker from way back. You have converted me. This is just amazing! That creamy white cabinet and basketweave brick floor? Heart palpitations I tell you! Really great work and I can only imagine the joy you get every time you walk in there. Brava!

    • Danica says:

Gosh thank you so much Cat!! I’m on a mission to bring wood walls back and I’m not stopping now 🙂

  2. Michelle says:

The hard work was definitely worth it, the space is absolutely beautiful! I love, love, love the brick floors. So stunning! Great job!

  3. Courtney Hallstrom says:

I have been waiting for this reveal!! It is gorgeous! Thank you thank you for bringing color back into this world of black and white everything♡ I applaud you!

  4. Danica says:

We’ve learned that we have an impeccable ability to make a mess in the laundry room so tucking that mess behind doors was a necessity! 🙂

  5. JULS says:

This is too good!!! Well though, well planned, great outcome. Loved it!!!

  6. Jessica Akemon says:

It’s beautiful! I love the floors so much!

    • Danica says:

Thanks Jessica! I think it’s safe to say we can expect to see these floors again in a future project 😉

  7. Carol M says:

Love this transformation. I had to read it all to figure out where the washer and dryer were! Love that they are hidden behind those doors. So well done.

  8. Mary Evers says:

Finally! But well worth the wait. It’s beautiful. I think what sets it apart is the color you chose for your doors. Most people probably would have painted them the same as the cabinets. Going a differently route is unexpected but it paid off. They quietly blend in with the paneled walls. It looks very high-end. I love it!
Speaking of cabinets…you guys did a great job on them. You’re both so skilled at doing what it takes to make a space functional & stylish.
This was a lot of work. I hope you can find some time to relax & enjoy your new laundry room.

  9. Joan says:

    Wow, it’s absolutely beautiful!
